| Right quad thingie feels mostly okay, but fragile. I guess we'll see how it goes, but I'm taking myself off the injury list. Doing nothing over the break seemed to help out a lot. I cut out pretty much all walking and standing. Also engaged in some breathing lessons I learned in tai chi a few years ago, and I think that helped open up the capillaries, get some increased blood flow, and loosen things up. |

| I think I'll start training again, so here are some goals for 2007:
1. Stay healthy.
2. Sub-5:15 1600m. (PR in high school was something like 5:30)
3. Sub-18:00 5000m.
4. Within 10% of leader on a middle-distance A-day.
5. Within 20% of leader on a long-distance A-day.
6. Win a CSU Park-O.
I think 2-6 should be possible as long as 1 happens. |
