shoes: Grid Propel 2007
Started running and a sharp pain developed on the outside of my left knee within 3'. Very painful, and didn't diminish quickly enough for me to run through it, so I stopped. Hurt a little while I was walking back to my office afterwards.
Note
(injured)
Yeah, so I'm 99% sure this pain is my IT band. Hurts like a bitch walking around. Climbing stairs is excruciatingly painful. Cycling seems to be more or less okay.
stretching 10:00 [0]
In the evening.

Wednesday Jan 24

strength 30:00 [4]
weight:165lbs shoes: Gel Cumulus 2006
Full circuit.

Tuesday Jan 23

cycling (stationary recumbent) 1:05:00 [2]
ahr:150 weight:165lbs shoes: Gel Cumulus 2006
HR is a guess. Legs were sore yesterday and a bit today, feel great after the workout. Quads were sore for the first 20' or so, then loosened up.
stretching warm up/down 15:00 [0]
Stretching out the legs plus some lower back exercises.
