Orienteering 29:52 [4]*** 4.2 km (7:07 / km)
spiked:11/14c shoes: Adidas Novas
Ross organized the CSU training this week at Franklin Park. I took it at a pretty good pace, I thought, but it seems I was about 2min slower than Sam and Alexei. I did blow #7 pretty badly, which Sam apparently didn't bother to actually find the flag for, and I found the misplaced flag for #6, which Sam also didn't bother to do. I think I found 5, but probably wasted some time on that too. Anyway, decent run, I thought. Good to get back in the woods after slackin' for so long. Sam (or Ross?) baked some brownies too, which was awesome.

Uh, yeah, probably should do some more before I go to bed.

slept:8.0 shoes: Gel Cumulus 2006

Before and after.

Sunday Aug 26

running (road) 28:30 [2]3.59 mi (7:56 / mi)
slept:6.0 weight:158lbs shoes: Grid Propel 2007
Finally back in Boston after a while out in California and then another while at home. Ran over to and around Tufts, then was going to do some strides on the track but my left arch flared up in pain, so I stopped, stretched out and ran home. And realized I had left my keys at the track. Arch was giving me more problems by that point, so I stopped and walked. Need to stretch out.
