Game with the West Town Rockets at Danehy. Won 5-1, and dominated the whole game. Well, except for the 1, I guess. I played pretty well. Sore now, mostly from yesterday. Picked up some new shoes on the way home.

A Most-Excellent CSU training ala Ross. Newton street-o on a 1:15 map Jeff made back in the day. I was running with Ross the whole way which definitely made me run faster, plus we had Jeff in our sights for a good bit of it. Afterwards Ross and Sam made very tasty pizza. Good times.

I seem to have erased my splits, so what I entered is just a guess, and certainly wrong for the 3-4 leg.

My right thigh has been bothering me again. I should do more strength stuff.

Wednesday Oct 10

running (treadmill) 25:00 [2] **** 3.15 mi (7:56 / mi)
5c weight:159lbs shoes: Gel Cumulus 2006
Ran over at Hemmenway since it was dark and I wanted to get some map reading in. Took a 1:15 map from the 2002 US champs with me. I guess it's not really so complex, but I'm not used to reading that scale or terrain, so I gave it a 4 for technical intensity. Didn't have enough to eat earlier in the day and got tired very quickly.
