| Was planning to do a longer run at the Fells but didn't have time. Felt kind of sick yesterday and even though I'm feeling healthy now I'm tired, presumably as a result. I felt pretty lethargic during the run. |

| Once again I am reminded of my miserable ability in the pool. Was actually in the water for ~55 minutes, but I can't really swim continuously in a meaningful way for more than a few minutes, so I took some rest after every few laps. Did a good amount of freestyle and breast, plus some kickboarding. My (brand new) goggles broke. How disappointing. |

| Ross put on the CSU training out in Newton this week. I really felt like I was moving faster, but I guess I'm just slow at the moment. Would be interesting to see which routes are fastest. Maybe I'll write it up as an armchair exercise if I have time. |
