Tuesday Feb 26

running (treadmill) 27:30 **** 3.5 mi (7:51 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno WR VI 07
Raining pretty hard outside, so I went over to Hemenway. 3 miles at 1.5 incline followed by 6x30sec strides. Took along a map from O Today (from Spain I think?) with a course I drew on it. Not the most interesting thing ever. I don't think I've ever seen a map with the "rough open with scattered trees" symbol actually printed as yellow dots.

Felt like I was working hard, but had no trouble breathing and no stomach problems despite having eaten basically nothing since lunch (run was at 10pm).
stretching warm up/down 5:00 [0]
strength 5:00 [5]
Some core afterwards.

Monday Feb 25

Note
Well, now that my major goal for the year (WUOC) is out of my hands, I'll have to think about what to do next. Train for Tiomila, I guess. Rather unfortunate to have gotten sick at the last minute. Still can't believe I skipped that control.
