Jeff's training course in the Blue Hills. Kept getting lost among the unmapped boulders. Was so embarassingly bad I decided I should sign up for the Billygoat.

Ran over to and around Tufts at a good clip, did 4x30sec strides on the track, then some strength & conditioning on the grass, then ran home. Felt pretty good.

Ran down to the MIT track from Lyman for the CSU track workout. Ross and Lori were there. Did 1200 warm-up, then the workout was 400, 600, 800, 800, 600, 400, with 400m between, followed by 800 cool-down.
