TT Sprint at Lehigh University. Two big mistakes, first one a route choice error on #11 (went low which was clearly much worse) second one on #15, going around the building to the left, which was clearly worse, then trying to cut in a bit early and go around the back of the control, only to find that a route marked passable was very definitely impassable. Kind of uncool, but whatever.

CSU park-o at Franklin Park, by Keith and Vanessa. Nice course. No huge mistakes, but a couple of bobbles, probably 1min in total. Moving slow. Had a stomach cramp for most of it.

Finally got out of lab/grading/digitizing the sheepfold/being broken to do a little exercise. It was late, and I had been planning to do elliptical anyway (ankle) so I went to the gym. Ran on a 1:10 copy of the Hickory Run map. Looks like a pretty interesting area. Good concentration.
