| I've been doing the core routine with reasonable regularity for a few weeks, and it's not hurting anymore, so I upped the reps and threw in a few more exercises today. | Lori suggested swimming, which sounded reasonable since it's so hot outside. Last week's track workout left my right quad pretty sore for the rest of the week, so I figured skipping the crazy hot day might not be such a bad idea. Probably Thursday will contain some speed, so I'm ok on that front. |
