Over to Tufts and back, at night. Some pain from my back/hip, but not nearly as bad as it was last week/on the weekend.

Unplanned rest day; lots of stuff going on in lab, and back also still a bit sore.

To/from Hammond Pond.
Orienteering 30:00 [2] 3.5 km (8:34 / km)
Pia and Mark set up a nice course at Hammond Pond. Got there at 7:20(?) so it was getting dark fast. Started out backwards, by accident, but realized after 3 controls and went back to do it forwards. Got to #17 before deciding it was getting too dark. About the same time, my hip started hurting a bit, but not too bad. Time is a complete guess.
