Orienteering (Course Planning) 2:00:00 [1] ***
'Secret Father's Day stuff'. Forced to walk today - very painful left achilles. This is a worry - that extra 20 minutes yesterday, mostly uphill, has triggered this - that's my theory. Will need to take it easy for a few days and hope it settles down. Great timing!! Still very wet in the Hunter.

Thursday Sep 4

Street Orienteering 1:40:48 [3] *
Bit of a bit more than I could chew! From Ashtonfield over to Tenambit, and ran around all of the control sites from Kazza's Street 'O' in 2007. That would have been an ideal time to stop. The haul back to Ashtonfield, though not a long way, was a real chore, and predominantly uphill. Got absolutely drenched as well - it rained most of the run!
C • That sound hard Russ! 1:40 ... 7
Warm Up/Warm Down warm up/down (warm down) 20:00 [1]
Walked for 6 minutes, long hot shower for the rest - didn't want to get out.

Tuesday Sep 2

Running tempo 44:38 [4]
Magnificent Ashtonfield afternoon. 45:00 is usually a good guide for me on this run - I worked hard and was very pleased with how I felt.
Warm Up/Warm Down warm up/down (warm down) 19:00 [1]
Jogging, resistance work, stretching.

Sunday Aug 31

Orienteering 42:00 [2] ***
'The Range', 1: 10000 map. Club minor event. Shadowed a prospective junior squad member around the short orange course. On reflection, I certainly haven't had a heavy weekend of training that's for sure.
C • On reflection 8
