another rest day, was way too tired to run today.. hectic
i also had my nose buried in a book :P
hmm.. i dont think ive had >8hrs sleep in wks. that is probly a problem :S

dont really know the times but yeah i warmed up. pretty sure i couldve warmed up just by standing still.. quite humid

did some water jumping minus water.. general steeple drills, felt a bit awkward

did 2 1ks w steeple. faster than last wks pretty much going off 800m times were equal. 3.36, 3.32. hans wanted them 3.45 so all good.. didnt feel pain at all today really so tried harder than usual.
our stretching was funny. it was just byron & i today which was nice :) cos hes training for psg toooo!

forgot the time. im getting in the habit of not training thursdays. after going the term wout sleeping in school i relapsed, nm sleep last night. tried harder than usual cos i felt good. sick beats too. lol

as of satday my sis will be in germany again, im soo jealous esp since my trip got cancelled ):, my brother in bali & i am stuck here! i am also the only one in my family wout a car :P argh

anywhoo running was k. knees are doing well :) wasnt in the mood for it tho. i ran into a spiky bush cos it was night & i had my ipod on & cbb putting my head torch on my head so it flashed around everywhere.

2 laps warmup, runthroughs, pushups, knee lifts, etc. carried some hurdles on the warmdown, was kinda hard w lactic acidy arms.

strapping tape is my new best friend! i did three 800ms w varying break. 5 hurdles ea lap as usual. times: 2.49, 2.51, 2.47. was windy.
I saw TIA! lol she was running fast! 2 wks after she tore ligaments!
i feel still don't feel well.. but my knees coped well w the hurdles.

cant remember times but they were bad. quite bad. did two lots of five 400m with a 1min break. around 80ish.
was trying to conserve energy a bit & also felt my knee a bit restricting. im lying down icing it right now. apparently its patella tendonitis and its quite tender, i think my mum is gonna take my to another physio..
after psg ill cut down on my running and do something else. In the meantime ill try and tame the "biomechanical disaster" that is my right knee. yes it is my pronating side im having problems with.
i have a tired headache. heaps tired :( but excited for my formal tommorrow!

and am also gonna try do some sac work!
i think i have my final topic, its due in about a week
but its so hard to concentrate atm with all this excitement!
oh and i wanna color my room latte!
i worked on my motivation today. hehehe :P
so many exclamation marks back there i feel like im shouting :P

20mins flat. was raining and dark of course. i didnt really get up today which was kinda bad...
obviously i dont have a great deal of motivation.. for anything. but at least i wasnt sick! (that was so unusual yesterday)

just kept jogging and jogging and then runthroughs till my knees stopped hurting. new runners, stretching and painkillers (if needed) is how im gonna manage my new aches & pains.

Running race (State Relays!!) 2:26 [5] 0.8 km (3:02 / km)

we came 2nd! lara, kristy. marnie & I. I ran last, was sick after running for the first time ever. i was in soo much pain :'( anyway marnie took care of me <3 and no the time wasnt very good or very accurate but i dont run 800ms anyway. blacktown is a 'colourful' city and it was nice to have everyone together again :)

wore my new runners. left leg is fine, right leg and back a bit owie. i have an idea why this is so but theres nothing i can do about it.
weather was hot, i drank a lot of water when i got home :P

did my stretching afterwards like a good girl. mother wants to take me to a podiatrist because my biomechanics are "screwed up."

murray took me where street o was on wednesday, i went around 3D in circles. hes so funny, you should hear what he says about cyclists :P

i really wanted to stop. running down hills was esp bad.. dont know what to do. gonna try stretching more & getting new runners too

four 200m, four 150m. shorter 800m training for relays. hans says hes gonna start more intense training next week :(
hurt my calf muscles wiggling my toes. hehe
training was amusing. my owie hips and knees make sprinting a bit lame.

actually did some stretching on the ground before intervals cos my hips were aching on my warm up. the ground was cold :)

running in the bush at night alone with a headtorch on was awesome. it can be hard if you run fast & try to dodge puddles, sticks, etc. mother used to go for runs late at night too when she was in yr 12. i tried to run fast. it was exciting :P a big black dog jumped out of the bushes at me. and someone yelled at me too :S
i <3 the night :D

400m: 66s, 2min break then 71. > break then 70 (knees were stiff)
then 4x200m & 3x150m. training was easier than usual cos it was for 800m. knees were a bit annoying in the 200s & 150s. training was fun :)
mum thinks hans is annoyed at me :P

ran past the steely dingo glare of texas on the way out :) he was just minding the fort like dingos do. lol
that dingo actually tried to eat my baby (by that i mean milo- my puppy)
i cut my run short cos of the kness, actually its really only the right one that hurt, which makes total sense.
im freaking out cos my mini pip is due in 3 weeks! and i havent refined my topic yet! and i also have stationary problems!
but im excited for friday. thats assuming i get through the week :I

was rather dead but felt the need to get out
i smelt smoke but didnt realise what is was from until i ran past all this blackened bush (there was a bushfire friday that might still be smoking?)
anyway it smelt good
had my usual sunday whole body aching thing happened
calves hurt too :(
im considering running less but harder cos i never go for fast runs anymore. hmm..
oh yeah and i had to stop for a few mins cos my hair came out

too hectic for training today. i want the weekdays to come already!
five whole hours of shopping was my cardio (Y) sound familiar? lol
i found my formal dress <3 sooo in love with it :) its perfect!
also got my Ls too so soon im gonna be on YOUR roads (with murray of course)!!
soo many crickets just chillin today, apparently they were at the beach too! hmm ..crickets must enjoy the sand and salt water :)
