i saw peter miller on tuesday :) he is very good. i dont know why people bother going to chiropractors and massage therapists :P
my flexer strain was caused by a muscle imbalance and i have some very uncomfortable excercises to do to strengthen it up.
i see him again next friday and he says i should be good to start running then, but i can only walk on the weekend. now i just have to decide whether i should walk the middle on saturday. its going to be lame missing out on a good weekend of oing, but i have things to do anyway i guess..
