Running hills 20:00 [5]

Did a 20min hills run today. It was about 70% hills including the hardest hill ever. I tried to run as fast as I could the whole way but I got a bit tired after the big hill. My knees were a bit stiff to begin with but overall I felt good :)

Street Orienteering 45:00 [4] *

I was gunna do x counrty on beach 2day but I didnt have tym. I spent about 4 and a half hours shoppin today which kinda counts as excercise cos it was pretty strenuous :P i got the best jeans..
anyways I did Street O course No 6 in Wallsend. I got 41 points, which woodve been 42 if i made a better decision. I didnt get lost at all! And i tried to go through the controls smoothly. I finished with 8 seconds to go. Im feeling pretty proud of myself :)

Running hills 30:00 [4]

I felt lethargic today, so I did some hills. I was gonna do six but it was pitch black in the bush so i did 4. I tried to sprint the whole way, did them all the same time with the last a bit faster. My arms hurt quite a but afterwards. They were about 3mins, but I jogged there and back and didnt stop in between them. Wen I was runnin up the hill I was thinkin of state x country
