Bush Orienteering (Green Course) 26:00 [3]

I did the green course to warm up. I did heaps better than last tym. I made a few mistakes but I recovered fairly well and the controls were reasonably easy to spot. I focused mostly on navigation and didnt run hard.

Bush Orienteering (Long Orange) 35:00 [3]

I did a Long Orange with Joshwaa. I used my thumb compass to take bearings, some of which worked out pretty well. I think I went alright, I might try doing and Long Orange alone sometym. I might have gotten lost if Josh wasn't there though cos hes a pretty good coach :P I got attacked by the bush again: It killed my tights (looked pretty hardcore tho)

Running hills 1:20:00 [4]

We did a 2kish warm up. Then run throughs, stretches, etc. For training we did 3X2kish hills. They were fair intense but great training for Nowra (which apparently has the toughest, most epic hill ever) ! We did about a 2k warm down aswell. Tia and I both had sore hip muscles :(

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Slow jog to the course and back. I felt stiff on the way there. I had sore hips and knees on the way back, was srsly thirsty.
Later in the afternoon I took my puppy for a 50min bushwalk (aka my hills course).

Street Orienteering 40:00 [4] *

I did the street o course in Waratah. I srsly gunned it at the start getting 15points in the first 15mins. I then made a mistake and lost concentration beacuse I was annoyed about making a mistake. I got back on track but missed a really close 2pointer. I made mistakes at the exact same controls as last time! This tym when i was repeating my mistakes i didnt have Natalie to help me. So I saw the road and decided to run back home at 40mins cos i was really thirsty and the start was in the opposite direction to my house (and up hills which I am getting sick of). I ended up getting 31. I think I'll hav another go soon :)

Running hills 1:20:00 [3]

Training was alright today. I didn't feel sore or anything. We did 7 big hills and 8 of the smaller hills plus warm up, warm down and stretching etc. The Blatchfords (Josh and Nicola) were there doing some good work too :)
I'm not sure what I want to do 2moz. I might do a street o if i can get my brother to take me sumwhere.

Running race 12:08 [4]

I had my School X Country today which was 3k and dead flat but I was suprised by the difference running on grass makes. I went the wrong way twice: so damn annoying! The teachers didnt even know where the proper track was. Anyways I think I had a decent run consdering my legs and abs were fairly sore...surprising cos I didn't train very hard last night.

Running 1:30:00 [3]

We did 2X2.5ks and 2X750ms. It wasn't very hard but thats okay because I have school x country tomoz. We spent lyk 30mins warming up, talking, etc. Then we did our training and a 10 min warmdown.

Strength 20:00 [5]

I had heaps of energy 2nite and it was too l8 2 go 4 a run so i did 250 sit ups and 50 pushups, they were pretty poor quality though. I dont think ill do them again cos i dont see how it gunna make me run faster :P
