Screwed up. just couldnt think properly. i dunno wat is wrong with me!! sorta pround of finishin, id rather forget it. my route choice was fair bad towards the end and made the controls harder to find than they shouldve been. i blame it on ivan! not actually

Screwed up the first leg major, soz alex. i was heaps, uh dunno, wen i got back. kinda sick of brambles & barbed wire fences. probs couldve avoided them if i had read my map better. the rest was aok. it felt good running fast, more like wat i usually do. had trubble findin the controls on mounds & stuff. it took a while for my brain to adjust. i dont think anyone else has these problems :S

Not sure about the distance, climb, or time. but watevss. twas decent, caned my back on a tree. got of to a bad start. quite cautious but i think it paid off. didnt overrun anythin, stopped a bit thinkin i mightve passed it, only to find it in another hundred ms or so & be like, why did i stop back there..? i suck at scales

Luckily i didnt hav to drink that glucose crap. it was intense, im not very good at cycling lol. My legs and kankle burnedd. i felt heaps tired and a bit funny afterwards, nic and george got a bit worried lol.

Soo cold. i ran up a hill to try and warm up, tough work nd the warmth lasted like 10seconds, dayum.

Screwed one leg up major nd caned myself on some rocks. was a bit distracted when tryin to memorise it, went the opposite way. pine forest is cool but.

Did a course with Matt, Darvo shadowed us. I felt like I learnt heaps, it made oing seem so simple. nav was much more accurate. i wish it always seemed simple like that.

Three legs, basically chased the boys, how could i not. they nav heaps fast. got moody and bloody but it was funny. rob saved me when i fell in the river- loll

Emily took me round. it was funny. cut my thumb up on barbed wire, fences are lame. but yeah there were shanty towns n stuff and the veg was nice

ran hard for first 18mins cos it was mostly uphill. felt sick again. pretty tired, shouldve stayed in front of the heater.
got my hair cut too short. i miss it :(
