saw martin dent running along the course wen i warmed up, pretty damn cool. found a strange item in the park..

it was okay. i didnt have the most positive mindset going into the race, i just wanted to get it over and done with. and i did. my legs were burning like i was running really fast, but i guess i wasnt. cos when u compare it to my time at state u can really tell the difference (1min 30ish). good experience, gives me something to work towards next year. probly is worth going just to watch everybody else run, xcept my race was basically last & u cant enjoy spectating till uve competed. well i think so...

rest day, so far... could go running in melb but itll probs be too late. ill need plently of bounce in my legs for tmow. i dont think racing will be fun.

Ok did some serious maths study. well not a lot but a lot for someone w the attention span of a gnat. so i just had to stretch my legs. ran around condor circuit 5 times (cam & sai both live there i shouldve surprised them :P). felt okk. i always feel a bit worse after resting. it was a beauoootiful night :) i felt nostalgic cos i used to go for night runs in summer

legs are a bit sore, havent felt sore for ages. probly from the shorter intervals yesterday. played some volleyball.. begrudgingly walked puppies. so not completely sedentary..mmm

few laps warmup, stretching, runthroughs. stuff.

Running intervals 1:05:00 [3]

did three 400ms: 69, 73, 74. legs felt really heavy after, felt fair awful so i went straight to six 150ms. was good doing shorter stuff, phil stopped me after 6. had a talk to my mum about how i should take vitamins, iron supplements cos i was running like crap. im a bit tired, but apart from that i dont know wats wrong w me. :P phils a great coach but im looking forward to hans getting back :)

intensity was 3.5 so i rounded up. it was cold. bleurgh. ran past the neighbourhood dingo, texas. i wore part of my nsw uniform, was uncomfortable & bleurgh. ankles were sore. the golf buggy in the bush has vanished. ooo mystery.... :P
ive been getting headaches lately, they suckk. i dont know why. im feeling pretty crap today.

mainly hamstrings & lotus while i watched mens volleyball= awesommee. fairly sure ive overstretched my hamstrings & thats why my back hurts sometimes.
