no squad day today after all.. couldve gone oing or slept in. if only i read my emailss.
training is looking pretty weak right now. but ive been feeling quite exhausted. not rly feeling like ther is any reason to train. another state steeple in 2 weeks but i rly dont care.

felt unwell cos i drank too much milk before running! lol. the weather was rather hot, i believ that is y xctry is a winter sport. altho heat also makes running on track harder.

well..i was told to 'run hard'. so i triedd. i swapped my usual music for bron's rave mix...tried to run heaps fast but after 15ish mins i just got really tired, i felt like i couldnt go on anymore, but i did. it was distressing. at least knees arent hurting.

oops no training! oh well. im trying to get my energy up! mother is worried by my 'flatnessss'. ie inability to movee & perform tasks. lol
literally just found treasure buried in my computer! so excited!!

shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 14

started off fast.. the encroaching darkness meant i had to slow down to avoid falling in holes. running down an extremely steep hill in the dark was a fun experience. knees were quite sore when i got back on road, had to slow down a lot. which was a shame. i think that means intervals are a no tmow. feeling mildly less exhausted today. getting excited about the end of term :)

Hans made us do pushups today. aah wen did warmups become so hectic! i did EIGHT whole pushups. many laps warmup/down.

Running intervals 50:00 [5]

I did ten 400ms in sets of 4, 3, 3. i think thats how many i did. times hovered around 75- 76. then got slower in the last set. 2nd last time was slowest at 79, last time was fastest at 71. felt soooore in the bones today and really heavy running. it was such an effort just to move. i regretted even going to training cos i felt like i couldnt put a very good effort in :(

was gonna go for longer but i started getting neck pain/ tension in my back. im a bit sick.. i think. my mum calls it an exam hangover. lol. i burnt myself of the heater today.
