Bush Orienteering race (Morisset!) 38:25 [4] 3.7 km (10:23 / km) +75m 9:26 / km

first time under 10min/ks! woooot. unfortch went w cross. still was undoubtedly the best fun ive ever had orienteering. i kinda remember y i do it now. running thru the bush is heaps fun! happiest memories of running thru the fields
never felt disoriented at all, i knew where i was the whole time which was pretty cool. there were reli cute open areas & a beach & lagoon!
& did i mention it was a short red?
cant wait till the next event :) hehe
if only i could do that well alone...

was so hot today & i ran at the hottest part. def >30. i liked it altho the heat rly sapped my energy. even my psycho dance music couldnt get me pumping. lol.
so so tired. i dont think i could be as tired as i think i am :S i just really dont want to do anything.

got home, went to sleep & basically couldnt wake/get up..
quite sore too, in my hips & arms & everywhere!
volleyball is pretty much the best sport that can be played at school!

SOCCER!! (School Gala Day) 1:40:00 [3]

so we played four 25min games. we won the first 3-0, then 4-0 then got beaten 2-1 (esp shameful cos it was against hspa) & finally won 2-1. there were 2 handballs wn the 18yard box in the last game. both penalties went in. i love soccer sooo much! may play it again nxt yr.no intervals cos i played soccer all day & mez won too :D

was racing the sun cos i didnt start till 6. had to go to tronno (frustrating story). the darkness made me run fast, possibly it couldve been an illusion. so much on my mind. the term is winding down, that makes me happy. get to play soccer all day tmow. could be difficult cos im used to sleeping during the day (3 times today, i was in a dreamy mood). loll. but all my friends are in the team so.. woot mhs pride. ill have to relocate my shinnies & boots.
oh yeah.. actually on topic: heaps sore today. xcept walking hurt heaps more than running, muscles so sore it hurts to touch them!

puppy was busy trying to lie on me while i stretched.
ooh and badminton today! i actually played for most of it instead of havin d&ms in the changerooms. lol. bead & levi were dancing!

runthroughs, laps. warming up is so tiering. i did SIXTEEN pushups!

Running intervals 50:00 [3]

so did a set of three 300m w nm break. was xcited to be doin short stuff. times were a bit slow 50, 53, 51. 300s are so much better than 400s. then kristy, gabi & i did some ladders. ooo wes mega sprinters- 40, 50, 60, 60, 50, 40 metre sprints. we did 2 lots of them. sprinting is fun! kristy is a machine! gabi & i marveled that sprints can travel 10m in 1 sec.
weve got new blood, yay! = byron (awesome & from MHS) & josh.m
p.s kristy & i have given up :( (but not on running) it shall be tough. lol

felt marginaly better, probly due to a less hectic than usual weekend. listened to some of the 'treasure' i found in my computer. so awesome. there were annoying bugs everywhere. i inhaled a few then spent ages coughing cos they wer in my throat! the swarms were so thick u had to clos yr eyes and mouth and oh it was crazyyy!
