wasnt gonna go cos i didnt wanna get up but im happy i did. couldnt find boris! (turns out id left him behind at the last event :() lost a few mins in a mind blank (im sooo slow). jogged around. walked a bit. imo walking is handy if u wanna spike controls.
there were leeches- ooooer.
made quite a silly route choice on a long leg. clearly wasnt thinking.
missed 2 but got back w 6ish mins to spare. meh
sore from yesterday, sore everywhere even in random places like my stomach muscles. & i rolled my ankles about 5 times, but theyr all good :)

3 lap warmup plus warmdown & runthroughs. hans made me do 20 pushups (in 2 sets)!!
Running intervals 50:00 [5]
slept:8.0 shoes: Go Fast Shoes
go fast shoes made running on the balls of my feet easier. ten 400s! set of 4 w 10min break set of 3 w 10mins & another set of 3. breaks went 1min30, 1min15, 1min (only in 1st set of course).
times (not completely sure): 75, 76, 76, 77, 77, 77, 77, 72 (woah), 76, 75
all under 78 like hans wanted. just hans & i this am. altho i do love my running peeps it was good just the 2 of us :P
4ks of sprinting is SOO tough. times were good. it was so hot i died, went out & got summer running clothes from rebel. awesome :)
looking forward to alder park training!!!

beaching w milo & sis. i was in charge of the nav there & back. im pretty amazed we didnt end up in windale. hectic. lol. aaah the beach and the sunset. blissed out :) and i can float now! woahhh
my sis & i love the same music - double woahhh
mother wanted me to go to HTF & do a 3k or something. grrrr!

big warmup, was pretty tiering. just gem, eliza & i. weather was pretty hot, probly just <30 deg. the sun was in our faces. poor gemma wasnt feeling well :(

planned to do 5 laps but felt heaps sick after 4th. times: 2.14, 2.19, 2.17, 2.22. then i did a half lap. was a bit disappointed cos i couldnt stay <2.20 like hans wanted. was still feeling sick 2hrs after training mayb that explains my slowness. not sore at all, maybe tired, maybe lazy..

my room is feng shui gone bad. furniture everywhere. i dissassembled the top of my desk. was fun! i am good w screwdrivers (Y) i should be a handywoman :P
im thinking of doing my PIP on man-thrax. hehee
almost finished my book. might be the 1st finished this yr :O

wow its the 1st of october - the tenth month!! and i love dvno & pogo. running w ipod almost calmed my angry mind. soo angry :P
i had to walk for a few mins somewher in the middle cos i had some kind of a pain. couldve been a stitch (not sure cos i dont often get stitches).

yer i shouldve gone to training but... couldn't be bothered. then i was gonna go for a run, but it got dark & i was still glued to my book. reading is so therapeutic :P
mother actually cared i didnt go to training cos she thinks i should be training for PSG, wen i told her that i dc much about it. i dk y she was so keen for me to go.
