no time for training. spent a lot of the day in transit bc two cait's, heaps of other friends & i went to luna park :) the rides were ace!

i want to go for a run but its past 10pm and i only just got back from dinner + sydney. ive never been shopping in sydney before, too much fun!we caught the train into the city, noting a magenta gorilla on the roof of a nearby car. on the way home in the dark the gorrilla had somehow moved a few blocks up and was laying against a telegraph pole by the side of the road with a big stab wound from which his insides had spilt all over himself also leaving a trail in the gutter. how mysterious..

new route today. i went to the right instead and i couldve made it longer but i had places to be! i ran past this major LAKE (some insist it is a pond). a lady told me to put my 'back into it' when i ran past. this was really quite offensive but i liked her shoes so i let it be.

im getting more flexible each week. big class also today..
i dont like b salute much. big excitement- im getting better at binding and ima work on my back bends too :)

four big, one small circuit. i felt so horrid i really dont want to do that again. im wondering where all these endorphins are? ....
my legs were sore walking to training today, i havent been able to shake the feeling.
