eww we did laps, stretching, six run throughs
hans made us do three 40 second hovers, 60 situps and 30 pushups :O
sooo weak!

i got progressively faster but it was difficult
i am not good at sprinting. but i dont feel particularly good at anything right now.
but thats okayyy :)
