i picked the wrong time of the day to go running. it was so hot, i felt like i was dying. i ran hard too.
i weighed myself this morning for the first time in 8 weeks or so and discovered i have lost 4kgs which is quite significant when you weigh less than 50kg. it is very mysterious to me because it was not at all intentional, i had chocolate cake for breakfast today :P despite this i am definitely aiming to improve my eating habits as i find it really has an impact when i increase my training. complex carbohydrates and unprocessed foods it is!
