I didn't think I would need to bring water as I wasnt running far today. Ended up freaking out again today and drinking out of someone's tap haha! I felt awesome in the legs today so it was a shame that I went at the completely wrong time of day and wasn't adequately hydrated. I download the ministry of sound annual for my run and everything.. :P

I was so hungry when I went running, I thought I would feel less sick as time progressed, apparently not.
I ran along my first running course when I started running about 9years ago then jumped into my grandmothers pool. It felt soo good :) Next year will be our 10 year anniversary!

i decided to take my iphone with me because i downloaded heaps of slutty dance music and i wanted to listen to it on my run. street orienteering still isnt that difficult when texting and listening to music.
i got really sick of the rain and walked around in a circle for a while. so bored! i have found a new person to train with...
