Napped during the afternoon today and I felt so seedy when I woke up. I felt alright once I started running but the blisters on my feet are pretty sore.

Note

I had a crazy Friday night so I planned to rest and train today. I ended up going out instead and now my feet are covered in blisters. Hopefully I will be able to run tomorrow?

Running with motherbear. The weather was so glooomy I couldn't face going running alone.
My back has been feeling increasingly tender these past few days. My legs feel so light though. My family has noticed a big improvement in my mood since I started training more regularly. Haha.

I had a nap before&after running today. I very much enjoyed the company and the location. I died running up the last hill, tried not to slow Alex down too much though :P

jogged with my sister. probably not the best workout but it was nice to have some company. she made me do all the nav and she kept trying to stop because she couldnt feel her left foot. honestly- as long as you can see it is still there whats the problem if you can feel it or not? haha. pansy.

Feeling a bit sore after yesterday. Enjoyed my first run through bush land in a while. I would have liked to train harder today but I was advised not to.

i cant remember the last time i did intervals on a track/oval. today was 8X200m with walk/jog recovery to see if the old leggies could still sprint. i plan to gradually increase the volume of these sessions.
i had the scariest everrr dream last night :O
