I mostly just followed my mother the whole way because I cbf deciding on route choice. I probably marked my map wrong too because I got a few points less than her? Ehh..

Strength (KICKBOXING) 1:10:00 [5]

Spent 10 minutes cycling, 5 minutes skipping. Then stretching and circuits involving kicking, punching drills mixed with pushups, crunches and squat jumps. Next was ring work. It was so incredibly tough but I loved it. I love fighting, I get so psyched up. Haha.

Soooo much energy! Probably because I had a casual 6 hour nap during the day.

Note

Having one of those days where I feel tired/vaguely hungry all day. I've gained a kilo since I started training :O but I've dropped a cup size which is great news for my back.
