| yay so i have a drama essay to write right now and a slr exam to do tomorrow morning. but thats it. every other exam is over. but it sucked to do them all in quick succession then rather to be spread out over 2 weeks. pretty sure i'm going go karting tomorrow with some of my mates after slr. then packing for qld! oh and i got some fully sick shorts too. and another pair of socks.
oh and i didnt train today, but i drove alot :) | ||

| kk so NSW champs on wattle ridge.
it was thick. really thick. and the map was hard. went okay until 4, where i got suckered right by others, including kas. lost about 6-7 mins there. then at 6, still with kas, we got sucked left and couldn't find it. i went to relocate/ backtrack and found it by some miracle, a couple of metres higher from where we went. lost about 3 mins there. lost contact with map to 7, had to do some intense relocation before i went searching for the control. rest was ok, but i lost confidence and went slow. rain sucked after i finished. tights were awesome. oh and i came second, losing to Tom by 5 mins. | ||

| and now for something completely different.... as a celebration of my last day of yr 11 and the preliminary course...
I redid the hills stuff i did with joshwa a couple of weeks ago. did 6x 120 metres, of progressively steep hill times were 32,36,36,36,36,34. then a quick rest then 6x 80 metres of hill, not too steep. times were 21,19,19,19,19,15 realised i probably wasn't going fast enough on the first, and i sprinted the last. | ||

| kk so i did heaps at school mentally and physically, so i was mad tired when i got home so i didnt go for run. actually it was only about an hour of soccer/ touch but i was goooonne. i even fell asleep on the bus much to my eternal shame. but ah well. | ||

pretty much my limit atm though, could not go much faster than that. tried so hard to go faster, but had to slow down at points so i didnt throw up. thought i mightn't go fast because i was a bit sore from last nights school dance. but it was all good. | ||

| so pretty sure i'm slack, but it was still rainy and i was studying all day anyway. apparently its going to be nice tomorrow though. | ||

| okay so i decided to brave the conditions and go for a run because i felt super slack. really bad for some reason, i warmed up but my legs felt wierd, like they had forgotten how to run. then they sorta felt numb, its hard to explain, and my feet went a bit numb as well. my breathing was all out. it was like my body had forgotten what is was like to exercise. i also felt way too light, and i felt dizzy for a while too.
anyway the point is that i walked for about 1min 15 secs throughout, which was disappointing because i had set records throughtout the first half of the run and looked like i was going to smash my pb i set on wednesday. but oh well. | ||

| too wet to do anything, plus i was out all day for drama and i had a showcase thing in the evening, so i didnt actually get out of a theatre for a whole day. in other news, i had a hungry jacks quad stacker for dinner which is proably bad for training and keeping healthy. but i had to see what it was like to have 4 layers of beef and cheese with bbq sauce and bacon. it was good but bad at the same time. anyway....
feeling pretty slack right now. hoping rain clears or i might have to run in it. | ||
