 | Running race (Zone Cross Country) 20:32 [5] 5 km (4:06 / km) vdot: 48.3 | |
| |
| Zone cross country at Federal park wallsend. ran the 16's and came 7th, which was ok. personally i was pleased. funny because a lot of people didnt pace themselves, so they sprinted off at the beginning, and i overtook them later when they were walking. Because merewether had 4 in the top ten, i get to go to regional. yay. |

 | Touch Football 30:00 [3] | |
| |
| More intense lunch time games. its a pity i missed the selection for the school touch footy team because my skills are improving, i even scored two tries today. I hammered pretty hard sprinting up and down, had some good defence coming in the back line, all good but i was buggered pretty quickly. |

| State League 7 at Ophir Diggings. And it was COLD. we camped overnight nearby and i had that many layers on it wasnt funny. awesome spur gully in gold mining country, really enjoyed it. pushed quite hard as i thought the lanky Thomas Carter was coming hot on my heels, which he was for a while. hit most of the controls well, not really any mistakes, but the hills began to wear me out by the end. enjoyed going in between cliffs and around mine shafts and pits, thought that was pretty cool. won again today, by almost 11 minutes though. very pleased with my run. |

| State league 6 at Kahli's Rocks. was a bit nippy due to a southerly change coming through, but was ok when running. I was running fast and nailing controls until i thought i overran one, but i didnt really so i spend 9 mins looking for the control where it was not. despite this i still managed to come back and win the 16 A, only just though, by 52 seconds or something.
oh and i did some interview for some dude with a tv camera, dont know what for though. |

 | Note | |
| (injured) |
| Was going to go for a slow run today, but daylight got the best of me. probably best to rest my very sore hamstring. thats not to mention all the walking/limping i did today. about 7.5 ks just from walking to the bus and back, and from school to hamilton train station. so maybe no run is good. |

Tuesday May 13 |
 | Touch Football (Game) 1:15:00 [4] 3 km (25:00 / km) | |
| |
| Started playing in my slr class at school. my team was rubbish and i ended up sprinting up and down trying to fill the holes in defence, and im not even good. got flogged in the first part 9-3. then we picked new teams and we kept playing on into lunch, while my team dominated. i was soooo tired by the end, and some how i got pinned as i was defending, in TOUCH football, and another bloke came in, smashed my leg with his knee and injured me. and i had to walk home from the bus and that takes me almost half an hour, but it took me much longer as i limped home today. hoping to pull up good for state league this weekend |
Monday May 12 |
 | Touch Football 45:00 [3] 2 km (22:30 / km) | |
| |
| Lunch time game. only putting it in because it was sort of serious and i felt like i got a reasonable workout from it |
 | School sport (Gymnastics) 20:00 [2] 0.5 km (40:00 / km) | |
| |
| Low intensity gymnastic/ trampoline work in class. again though this was a bit more energy comsuming then it sounds. |
 | Note | |
| |
| I know some of you may think that this "training" may not be quality. but im only putting stuff up if i feel like ive gained a workout from it like today. otherwise i would have a ton of hours. |
