Beep test then running training with weights and ladders. really buggered from previous day

Sprint orienteering intervals 20:07 [4] ** 4 km (5:02 / km)
shoes: Teva shoes
Pairs relay at Maitland Park. Team Tosser being myself and Rob Bennett won this. four different courses that had to be sprinted. hurt a little afterwards
Sprint orienteering race 32:32 [4] ** 5.2 km (6:15 / km)

Race at Walka. tired after sprints but did reasonable time. really buggered afterwards but still started a soccer game with Glen

Line race in which i stuffed up control 2 and proceeded slowly for the next few controls. put the hammer down in the second half and pulled back some time on others.

Tuesday Apr 15

Sprint Bush Orienteering intervals 48:00 [4] ** 7 km (6:51 / km)

Sprint intervals at Singleton. i added everything up and the times and distances are only approximations and the training was spread out over the whole day, but i sprinted when i was running

Training exercise done in NSW junior squad camp. pairs exercise which i did with Tom Carter. involved emphasis on planning and was very stop start, hence low intensity

State league 4. began slow and lost time due to slow speed and poor route choice on first two controls. hammered hard and caught up only to blow it again between 8 and 9
