Orienteering 1:05:00 [3] 10.0 km (6:30 / km)
shoes: Nike Flyknit One+

Some sprint intervals at Thomas H Halton park with Josh and Tamara. Josh had made the map a mirror image of the original so everything was reversed. This made it super hard as my brain just couldn't handle it. Pretty warm morning, didn't feel like I was running the best. Time include warm up and down.

Park o #2 at the Botanical Gardens. Ran pretty well today. A lot of dead running in the middle of the course though. Didn't feel tired at the end which was interesting. Got a bit dark about halfway round because of the storm coming over

Some netball training with Macey's Angels. Was pretty fun.

Wet training out at Southams Rd again set by Josh. Was good fun, Josh, Angus and myself took turns to navigate each leg, then split up for a compass/ corridor exercise. Good fun.
