NOL relay at USyd. Running 3rd in Stingers 2. Nic and Josh had good runs to send me out in 4th. Didn't pick the fast route to #2 but most people didn't seem to either. Saw a bit of the others around, including Parto hunting me down. Started seeing the back of Bruce and worked hard to try and catch. We seemed to have the same splitting so that made it easier for me. Ended up finishing in a bunch with Bruce and Parto. Catherine killed it to bring the team home in 2nd after the Cockies mis punched. Good result for the Stingers!

NOL qualification at Botany. Botched the route to 1, would have lost some time straight away. A little scrappy on the dunes but nothing major. Good once I got into parkland although my speed might have been lacking a little. Disappointed to miss qualifying although my heat was pretty stacked. Really I was about 40 secs off the pace though so I dunno. Hoping for some redemption in the B final tomorrow.

Park O #2 at Hunter River High. Good fun courses, got caught out a little in places. Once I got into it I was going alright but had some dry reaching late in the course and slowed down a lot. Distance a bit short it seems, I think my garmin struggled a bit at the start.

Short course with the GoPro. Lots of controls, was good fun. A bit tired from the first course though so I didn't push flat out.

Collecting controls on the bike. Having a bag hanging off the handlebars that got heavier made keeping on a good line difficult so I went a bit slower than I would have liked. Really hot.
