Easter Day 1. A bit disappointed today. Lost 5 mins at number 10 and only got it because Josh and Andrew came through. Just went too far left after coming over the hill. The rest of the course was ok, just struggled physically with the climb. Take 5 mins off my time and I would have been happy but ah well.

Easter Prologue at UC.
An ok run. Not really any mistakes but definitely could have picked 1 or 2 better routes. Went really lactic about halfway through and really struggled to hold onto the back of Ricky, Simeon and Patrick. Would have been happy if I was 10 secs quicker as I would have jumped up a few places. Anyway a solid start and looking forward to tomorrow.

Training at the foreshore with the biggest o group we've had yet! Some warm up and drills, then 10 x 1min with 1min recovery. Was a good option and I felt good. Dinner afterwards with even more of the gang was the best :)
