Aus Sprint at Bathurst CSU. Very slow and I made a very silly mistake on top of that costing me a minute. Sprint was never going to be good in my current fitness state.
Orienteering race 47:13 [5] 8.87 km (5:19 / km) +138m4:56 / km shoes: Inov8 x-talon 212 #5 (blue)
HV Champs at The Powerlines. Was alright. Pretty flat so wasn't exposed so much with fitness. Only really stuffed up at the end where my exit direction out of 20 was terrible, probably lost a min.
Interesting to see how much higher my HR is Orienteering compared to my weekly runs.
