Running long 2:27:57 [3] 30.0 km (4:56 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarepic Flyknit 2

Long run around Newy. From New Lambton past the stadium and the tafe, along the path through Maryville and Honeysuckle to Nobbys. Started to rain as I got into town. Down the coast to Merewether and Glenrock Lagoon. Pretty slow along the beach as I had to rock hop a bit and I couldn't really find any solid sand. Up the great north walk and then Fernleigh track to Adamstown station. Got to 25k in exactly 2 hours and decided to push for 30. Started to cramp in the last 3ks though so they ended up being very slow.
A bit of a warm up for next weekend.

Netball 18:00 [3]

Half game C at netty. A tight score at half time so probably for the best that I only played half, allowing the Angels to scrape home by 1, locking in a finals appearance in 3 weeks time.

Orienteering 46:51 [4] 10.42 km (4:30 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarepic Flyknit 2

Street O #1 at East Maitland. Felt tired from the start and began to struggle at the 20 min mark. Got down into the sparser points in Rathluba, climbing back out I walked a bit, my calfs were so sore and tight. Picked up a bit of a second wind in the last 10 mins though. Got a bit of work to do fitness wise!

Intervals with Sal and Rob at National Park. 8 x 400m with 1 min recovery. Very much highlighted how much pace I've lost, being unable to hang onto Rob who was sitting on 72's.
