Usual route out to Gartcosh blown by a strong westerly, then up through Muirhead to Auchinloch. At this point the dark cloud that had been approaching at speed turned into a wall of hail, so I took refuge in a handy bus shelter until the hail reverted to rain and the wind gusts reduced to safe levels. Headed across to Bishopbriggs and then home via the canal and Ruchill. Definitely type 2 fun at times, but got some cracking views of the snowy Campsies once the stormclouds had passed.
