Orienteering 25:25 [5] 4.7 km (5:24 / km)

Evening race on new map of Summerston. Good to run somewhere different, though the course needed to be more sprint-style to make effective use of the complex sections. Felt utterly dead from the 5th control onwards, so rather surprised to be only 30 sec off the pace.

From home to the race, and then back again afterwards. Ran out of energy well before reaching home...a bit scary!

Had planned on a hill session in the park, but aborted it after the first rep when I realised how bad I felt. Managed a reasonable fartlek loop instead.
