Steady run up the river, through Cairnhill Woods, down to Westerton, along the canal and home via Maryhill. Good to get a long run in as I probably won't have much opportunity to train for the rest of this week.
Solo hills in the park, quite late in the day - 4 long and 3 short reps alternating. Pretty tough in the wet and windy conditions, especially finishing the long rep into the teeth of the gale. Happy to get it done.
