Late evening escape around Kelvigrove - way too much work on to do anything more. At least I'm getting a bit more confidence running off road in the dark. Stiffness from yesterday's rowing in the muscles / tendons around the R hip, but I think (hope!) it's the good kind of stiffness.
Easing into the gym routine. 20 mins rolling hills on the exercise bike, followed by 10 minutes on the rowing machine. Haven't done the latter for a long time - interesting feelings in the hips/lower back afterward.
