Exercise bike and treadmill. Weather less unpleasant than had been predicted, but still happy to have the indoor option.

Out from Milngavie along the WHW till Carbeth, then along tracks through the plantation, across Khyber Field, and on trails back down to the station. Met Mirjam (and her new mountain bike) on the WHW and stopped for a prolonged chat.

Tired plod around the park in the twilight. Had a close encounter with an invisible branch.

Gym 30:00 [4]

Spin class. Instructions largely inaudible, but sweated a lot and had tired legs as a result.

Easy post-spin warm down.

Working hard on the bike followed by a brisk trot on the treadmill. Legs/hip definitely becoming a bit more robust, though won't be pushing it too hard for a while.
