Around Drumpellier on an extremely windy, but otherwise surprisingly pleasant morning. Felt tired all the way, and was struggling to keep moving at times. Hopefully it was doing some good.

Fartlek along the canal. Fastest I've run on the flat for a while. Felt OK at the time but stiff afterwards.

Big effort on the bike. Not being into wearable tech, I don't know where my heart rate normally ends up, but I suspect pushing it over 160 for a few minutes isn't something I've managed for a while.

Spin class. Either this was easier than usual or I'm getting fitter. Felt so strong at the end that I went straight on to the treadmill for a decent paced leg stretcher, then a short set of bike intervals.

Legs feel tired now though.
