Sunday Apr 11 #

Cycling 1:35:00 [3]

Out to Auchinloch, across to Torrance, backroads to Milngavie and home via Maryhill. Cool afternoon with occasional sun and a couple of gentle snow showers.

Saturday Apr 10 #

Running 50:00 [3]

Cowlairs andRuchill. Felt good for the first half hour but struggling badly by the end. Hope it was doing me good.

Friday Apr 9 #

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Out to Kilpatrick in sunshine but into a stiff and chilly breeze. Took a while for my hands to get warm.

Hillwalking 1:15:00 [1]

Brisk walk up the Loch Humphrey track (very busy), and back over the Slacks (much less busy). Lovely views.

Cycling 40:00 [3]

Back home along the canal (partly to avoid the resurfacing work in Clydebank) with a helpful following wind.

Wednesday Apr 7 #

Running 35:00 [3]

Up to Ruchill Park, some looping around on the grass, then home via the new canal path. Legs a bit stiff.

Monday Apr 5 #

Cycling 1:50:00 [3]

Another lovely morning, but much colder with a strong and biting NW wind. Headed out through Maryhill and Beardsen, then past the Cochno car park and up the track to the reservoir. Stopped for a few minutes at the dam including a chat with some walkers, then back down the hill and home via Dalmuir. Very hard work for the first hour or so, but reaped the reward by being blown home!
