Out to Clydebank mostly beside the canal, and back mostly on the cycle path/old railway. Hadn't been on this since my Uni days when I trained on it with the Hairies. At that time it wasn't somewhere you'd want to be unless running at speed in a group, but it seems a lot more salubrious now judging by the number of walkers/runners/cyclists.
Auchinloch, backroads, Drumgrew Bridge, Kirkintilloch and then onto the canal for the return home. Cloudy in Glasgow but glorious sunshine to the east so took time to pause and enjoy the views.
Torrance - Baldernock - Milngavie loop with some extra exploring on the first part. Lovely evening, ideal for orienteering if one were allowed to travel for that purpose.
Maryhill, Bearsden, Cochno loop, along GWR to Anniesland, canal to Maryhill Rd and home. Managed to just about dodge the showers and stay dry. Hard work on a cool and breezy evening.
