orienteering race (NSW sprint) 1:09:40 [4] *** 3.4 km (20:29 / km) +100m 17:52 / km
weight:75kg shoes: armcrutches 2

NSW Sprint champs at PLC Pymble - when too many stairs was barely enough.
Decided in the start box that there was no way I was going up the stairs in front of me, no matter what the alternative route was - fortunately #1 was off to the right and the logical choice did not go straight ahead. Spent the rest of the course pickiing ramps and slopes instead of stairs wherever possible - within those constraints mostly happy with nav, apart from on unnecessary climb early on, and going back from #8 to #7 instead of #9

Enjoyed the area, certainly needed to be at 1:3000 because of detail in some areasround the buildings, which I can't see being generalised and remaining usable, especially near control sites.

Note: high temp spike (39.1) on Sunday afternoon/evening was a worry, but settled down before we had to commit to medical intervention.
