Easy course at NOY2 "The Chimney", Abernethy - not difficult navigation but some route choices necessary to avoid steeper terrain - walked all the way
(2 crutches)

some trees down after storms, muddy underfoot - one control removed from course because of fallen trees

sunset walk with tinytoes along new cliff-top walk at Strzelecki

up hill from Bar Beach car park (including about 120 steps) and along new cliff-top bridge, big crowd ( as expected) then back along Bathers Way (no steps, and safer feeling as lightning got closer)

spectacular views from the cliff-top - the photos would have been great if I had remembered to put the SD card back in the camera after downloading the photos from last weekend - have to go back again, but don't really need an excuse.

Note

wild wet and windy outside - dogs blown off chains, trees uprooted, powerlines down

power off all day from 4am so continued leg elevation practice - getting good at it now
