back home again after 6 days in hospital - triggered by very significant fluid loss when oedema drained rapidly 2 weeks ago (5.5 kg loss in 2 days) which threw everything out of whack and led to even more loss of strength. All seems stabilised now, so a matter of very gradually regaining strength now.
