Running warm up/down 8:00 [3]

Orienteering race (Long) 1:47:19 [5] ***** 11.6 km (9:15 / km) +345m 8:03 / km

I would remember this course during this winter for sure. i lost 2 sec to falcon! :) and finished 4th.
I did 1,5-2 min mistake at 6, and 30 sec on 13.
CP 20 was so bad for me: i went right to go around the hill and get into really green area, I lost there around 2,5 min- just to get out. After that I decided to go little bit faster and even won 1 split by 6 sec to Tero :)
but even that did not help me to be in top 3!
In general, I would say that map needs some updates and so many DSQ runners are showing it. Long leg from 9 to 10 should not go through not mapped area, but this is would come with experiance!
THX to OOC for such a great weekend!!!

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Orienteering race (Middle) 34:24 [4] ***** 4.9 km (7:01 / km) +75m 6:31 / km

After 5 hours drive to Ottawa, it was important to have a good warm up before the sprint. I ran middle course in 3-4 level speed. I did two small 20-30 sec mistakes. In the end, I was not too far away from falcon and local runners, which made me very happy :)

Orienteering race (Sprint) 14:11 [5] ***** 2.6 km (5:27 / km) +40m 5:04 / km

I had a great start time between JB (13.38- 4th place) and Ganon (12.10- 1st place). I was hoping to see JB somewhere in the course, and onthe 1 st video CP I was 3d, but in the same time Ganon gain on me 1 min already. Shock! I ran with him 2,5 legs, but after did a wrong turn by thinking that Ganon missed it. I lost there 35 sec and finished 7th with less than 40sec behind 3 place. :(
Great race for France and good lesson for me :)
