Running intervals 16:00 [3]
Was in Newcastle to pick up the race pack for the itrail tomorrow so did some short intervals around the Newy Parkrun course. 6x1min efforts every three minutes. Hip flexors and hammies are still pretty tight but they warmed up ok. ish. Felt a little off in the stomach for a few of the surges but i think it was just from working hard when I was a bit hungry beforehand. It was so so muggy!
