Running warm up/down 38:50 [3]

20min warm up and a lap of the lake to warm down

Running intervals 12:00 [3]

Same as last week but a whole lot easier when it wasn't 40 degrees. 3*3/1. Didn't do any drills in my warm up so my legs didn't know how to move fast for the first one. But I felt good for the other two, and that doesn't always happen so I'm happy!
