Running 45:00 [3]
In Sydney this weekend so went to St. Peter’s parkrun. Warm up jog there. 23.15 for the run. Warm down jog home. I felt rotten on the way there so it went better than I expected it would. Started off feeling strong but maybe too quick in hind sight. Was on track for 23min at half way but it went a bit downhill on the uphills at the end.
