Stretching (Flexibility) 30:00 [2]
I started dancing at a different place today and we did like half an hour of flexing stuff. I havem't stretched for ages and my legs got sore.
I wish i was More flexible!!


OUCH!!! my legs are hurting. It's like i overstretched! My bones are what hurt!

Was just netball Training with my netball Gals. It was fun but cold like it has been! :(

Orienteering race (Act long distance champs) 40:46 [4] **** 3.1 km (13:09 / km) +70m 11:49 / km
Was a pretty good run. Was very nervous like usual before i started. I felt pretty good running but i think i could've been atleast 5 minutes quicker, maybe more. I am not very confident when i orienteer so that slowed me down. I liked the area and it was good.
Wish it wasn't so cold thought :(

Saturday Apr 26

Orienteering race (Act middledistance champs) 47:03 [4] 2.2 km (21:23 / km)
Went to the start very worried because last time i ran there i went BAD! This time was a bit different though. I was happy with my run. I went good on all controls but was dissappointed with 2. I didn't make mistakes but i was just going slow.
Was just happy i went better than the last time i ran there!

Friday Apr 25

Orienteering race (Act sprint champs) 20:03 [4] 1.9 km (10:33 / km)
Only one little mistake where i over ran the control by about 30m. I realised when i came to the power line that i was looking in the boulder cluster just after my control other than the boulder i needed. I now wish i had ran a bit quicker than i did at the time but i am generally happy.
Josh made me feel like i should've ran harder when he told me he did like pretty much half my time with double my distance!!

cycling (Schwinn class at the gym) 30:00 [3]
Went with Josh and mum. Good fun, tough workout :-)
Running (Tredmil at the gym) 10:00 [3]
Went on the tredmil while we waited for the next class to start. I walked for 5 minutes and jogged for 5 minutes.
Gym (Cardio camp.) 30:00 [3]
Mum and i did this class. We used a step block, a mat and a half an excersise ball thing. It was hard work. I enjoyed it.
Though my tummy hurt the next day :(

cycling (Schwinn class at the gym) 45:00 [3]
Went to my first ever cycle class!! I went with mum and Josh. It was fun. got very hot and legs were hurting.
